Frequently Asked Questions
The Bingo Experience
1. How do I play Puzzl Bingo? It’s simple! As you build your jigsaw puzzle, keep your Puzzl Press journal nearby. When you spot an item or "Lingo" term from your Bingo card within the puzzle art or during your assembly process, mark it off. The goal is to reach a "Blackout" (filling the entire card) to earn your Master Puzzler status.
2. Can I use the same Bingo card for multiple puzzles? Yes. The randomized cards in our series are designed to be used over one puzzle or several to Chase the Blackout Bingo.
3. What is "Bingo Lingo"? "Bingo Lingo" is our curated list of the 75 main terms ranging from specific puzzle art details (like "4 Tips Piece") to assembly milestones (like "Border Done") and then common household interruptions like "Pet Nose Nudge" if using the 'mixed' editions.
Uploads & Certificates
4. Why do Blackout Bingos need approval before being visible on the page when I can get the certificate at the same time? The PUZZL PRESS TEAM needs to ensure your image is safe for privacy purposes. While we want you to have your Master Puzzler Certificate immediately to celebrate your win, we manually review all gallery uploads to ensure no personal information (like addresses or private photos in the background) is accidentally shared with the community.
5. How do I download my Master Puzzler Certificate? Once you upload a photo of your completed Blackout card and the finished puzzle to our "Claim Your Status" page, scroll further down the same page to locate a downloadable PDF link or right-click to 'Save As" image for your personalized certificate.
6. I’m having trouble uploading my photo. What should I do? Ensure your photo is in a standard format (JPG or PNG) and is under 5MB in size. If you continue to have trouble, or Contact Us to reach out for technical support. puzzlpress@gmail.com
